Oregon-Idaho Utilities strongly believes our services should be accessible for use by persons with disabilities. We provide access to Telecommunications Relay Services within each state we operate. All call routing announcements in our system are TDD compatible. Directory information is available for the visually impaired. Our voice telephone and broadband services are compatible with all third party accessibility equipment meeting applicable FCC standards. We do not offer or provide any customer equipment for disabled persons ourselves but if you are in need of such equipment we can put you in contact with organizations that can.
